Power Apps can help companies to build their own digital library

One of the self-development programs of ATICON is 'ATICON Library' which was made based on Microsoft's Power Apps. Since ATICON has carried more than 100 architecture projects so far, the amount of data is overwhelmingly huge. Thus, we decided to make a library system to 1) store and manage any form of data from all projects and 2) make it easy to find relevant data without asking predecessors.

It is one of the functions of the library. Like the pircture above, there are columns with project name, project name, and other information about projects. With this function, it became way easier to see ont only all the projects of ATICON's but also the overview of the projects at a glance.
We made this useful function with flitering.
To show how it works, one of the filters is chosen (Underlag - Græs - Muld).
Now, the library is showing only the 4 relevant projects from 35. This function is really useful for our colleagues especially when they need references. They don't need to open all project folders and open documents to check whether it is relevant project or not. Furthermore, this tool can reduce unnecessary communication among colleagues because they don't have to go to a person in charge of a project and to ask about it.
With the help of the library program, our colleagues conversation could become more efficient by finding proper projects by themselves.
